Milan-based SCILé was founded in 2018 by Silvia Cataudella and Carlotta Chirico, then developed later on with the help of Marta Molesini. SCILé’s main product is the vest, the classic men’s garment that has been revisited and redesigned to reflect the modern, sophisticated woman. Combining their love of vintage, art and travel, the founders sought to create a sustainable brand inspired by different cultures and artistic movements. Vests are designed for strong and fashionable women, whom wish to express themselves through their clothes without sacrificing the details. SCILé’s use of various natural fabrics and eclectic prints create beautiful, eccentric contrasts—lending to unconventional, yet refined pieces. This characteristic is unique to the brand, rendering their collections truly one of a kind.
