The company was founded by Antonio Barbato in Strà, near Venice, putting into practice the valuable experience made in the Calegheri School, where he learned from the master shoe manufacturers in Riviera del Brenta. Nowadays, Andrea, Ugo, and Cristiana, Antonio Barbato’s children, manage the company, keeping the tradition and values of artisanal footwear production alive.
