Please note that the exact production time varies by product and will be highlighted for each of them in the description box. Shipping period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email with specific tracking information of your package(s).

SHIPPING FEES, TAX AND DUTIES
Shipping is free worldwide.
Duties are included in the price shown on the website. In fact, all destinations are delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you do not have to think about them. Indeed, relevant import taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and processed by MIRTA once your order has been shipped. You do not have to pay any additional fee after checkout, and we will take care of the whole process.
Sales taxes will be charged at checkout, based on the country where you are ordering from. All other non-customs-related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and MIRTA is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states.
MIRTA accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use, for refund or exchange. The security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Returns must be packaged in the MIRTA box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
Your returned item must arrive at MIRTA warehouse no later than 14 days after receiving the original purchase. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your product delivery date to ensure that it arrives at MIRTA warehouse within 14 days.
Any custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning.
To start a return, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, reason, pictures, and the name(s) of the item(s) you want to return.
- Step 2: Our customer service will reply to you with a return authorization number and the return address within 24 hours.
- Step 3: Pack up the item(s) you want to return and send it or them back to our warehouse address.
- Step 4: Once we receive the package, we will process your refund.
MIRTA reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
In the case of defective or incorrect item, we invite you to immediately contact email@example.com. MIRTA reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Refunds can be made in the form of the original payment method or store credit:
- If store credit is requested, we will issue a full return of all order costs, including shipping and processing
- If a refund to the original payment method is requested, we will refund the cost of order, minus shipping costs
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by MIRTA.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal and Alipay will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
