Coming from a family of textile weavers and printers, Niccolò Zucchi Frua learned from a young age the ins and outs of the industry. In fact, it was his grandmother—Olga—that the brand was named after, citing her immense passion for linens and their elegance. In 2014, together with Patrizia Marforio as partner, Niccolò officially founded Olga Frua.
Olga Frua is a brand of not only luxury linens, but also loungewear and sleepwear. With Niccolo’s longtime expertise in design and Patrizia’s eye for high fashion, the brand utilizes high-quality fabrics including linen, cotton, cashmere, satin and chiffon to create refined products—all under the roof of the family villa built on Lake Maggiore in the early 20th century.
Olga Frua believes that true luxury is taking time for oneself, enjoying the small pleasures of life—whether that’s sleeping on satin sheets or wearing a tailored nightgown with handcrafted details. Olga Frua garments are particularly special since they can also be worn outside of the home, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to elegance and timelessness.
